The indestructible GTA V is talked about again today, via the speedrun scene. Indeed, if the record for completing the game signed Rockstar Games is around 6 hours and 37 minutes, a player has taken it into his head to complete the game as quickly as possible, but by inflicting an additional constraint: do not not suffer the slightest damage.
A new record for GTA V
Thus UnNameD decided to take up this astonishing challenge, which therefore consists of finishing GTA V as quickly as possible, without ever getting hit. The player also used a specific mod, which automatically killed his character if the health of the latter were to drop. At this little game, UnNameD managed to complete GTA V in 9 hours.
The player explains that his feat required several attempts, since he had to restart his challenge no less than 48 times before he could finally reach the end credits of GTA V, with his health bar intact. A performance as impressive as it was useless, but which once again shows the popularity of a GTA V which should once again dominate the top of the sales rankings at the end of the year.
Indeed, it is good to remember that GTA V would have passed, since its initial launch at the end of 2013, to more than 145 million copies in the world. A score that obviously takes into account the multiple variations of the game, which has been offered on two generations of consoles, and which is about to invade the current generation, with a PS5 and Xbox Series X opus expected for the month of November.
To see now if this third launch of GTA V will allow the game of Rockstar Games to climb to the top of the ranking of the best-selling games of all time. Indeed, at present, with its 145 million sales, GTA V is in second position, behind a certain Tetris, which has 200 million sales.
