Hyundai Prophecy

Hyundai has taken the habit of developing concept cars with a refined design, allowing it to test different aesthetics with the public. His latest project, Prophecy, presented in early March 2020 and whose interior has just been revealed, has a line inspired by competition.

The Korean manufacturer presents here a careful study of style, which will seduce lovers of beautiful cars by recalling certain models that have marked the spirits with an inimitable style.

Prophecy design as opposed to Hyundai 45 EV Concept

Unlike the Hyundai 45 EV Concept and its straight lines rather typed 4×4, the style of the Prophecy is a clever mixture of curved lines, resulting in a silhouette " athletic "And" ultra-elegant "

And with its short hood, the front part of Prophecy clearly recalls the Tesla Model 3.

Hyundai Prophecy rear

Its roof line, plunging at the rear will recall that of the Porsche 911, a style that is difficult to imitate in general but which blends perfectly with the whole concept car here.

E-GMP modular platform and joysticks as a steering wheel

Announced in early 2019, the modular international platform dedicated to electric motors is the basis for this Hyundai Prophecy.

The objective of this platform is to allow a reduction in the production costs of the brand by using it on several models, like the MEB platform used by the Volkswagen group.

On board, the Korean manufacturer sees things big. First of all, note that there is no central pillar between the front doors and the rear antagonistic doors. Inside, we discover a spacious and resolutely modern interior.

The steering wheel is absent for subscribers because it is replaced by two joystick-type joysticks placed on each side of the driver's seat. The dashboard is very refined with a screen that spans the entire width.

The light atmosphere and the dark decor contribute to the cozy atmosphere of the cabin.

Integrated air purifier

Like Tesla and its high-performance HEPA filtration system, Hyundai decided to install an air purifier system for the cabin on Prophecy.

The system monitors the air quality inside the vehicle and activates filtration of the outside air as soon as it is necessary. This system works not only while the vehicle is in motion, but also while it is charging.
