Earlier this month the new Huawei Nova 6 was leaked, a high-end device that, among other things, would bet on a Quad rear camera up to 64 megapixels. Now, and although its aesthetics have not been confirmed, the Chinese company has made it known that this device will be presented on December 5 and, incidentally, has released some details regarding the connectivity and the set of rear cameras.
As Huawei has published in its official Weibo profile, the Huawei Nova 6 will have 5G, something that matches the processor that leaked earlier this month. We talk about Kirin 990, a SoC developed by the company and characterized by have 5G built in, so the puzzle pieces fit together. As for the camera, we already "know" (in quotes) that the main sensor will be 64 megapixels, and now we can anticipate that it will be accompanied by a wide angle with 105 degrees of view.
What is "known" of the next high-end Huawei
Little else is known about this device, but the photos and data that leaked at the time showed some details of it. On the one hand, the elongated hole in the Galaxy S10 + style screen will be one of the main protagonists of the screen, and in that hole we will find a 32 + 12 megapixel dual sensor, always according to the leaks. The fingerprint reader is not visible in the images, so you can expect it to be implemented under the screen.
From the rear, the generous module with three lenses and the LED flash stand out, which, at least for the images, seems to stand out slightly, and the module integrated on the right with the fourth lens. The cameras would be a 64 megapixel sensor that would use Pixel Binning technology to, in practice, take 12-megapixel photos; a 16 megapixel sensor that could be the wide angle; a two megapixel sensor for depth readings and a secondary two megapixel sensor for macro photos.
If the leaks are true, there will be a normal angle, a wide angle, a macro sensor and a depth sensor
On the other hand, some details related to the components are also known. The first is the processor, which we have already said is the Kirin 990. The RAM would arrive in two versions (8 and 12 GB) and would be combined with 128 or 256 GB of internal storage. The battery would be 4,000 mAh with a fast charge of 40W and would power a 6.4-inch screen with FullHD + resolution, 19.5: 9 format and resolution 2,340 x 1,080 pixels. No information about the refresh rate.
Finally, the company has made known that the device will be presented on December 5 in China, so it is expected that, at least in the first phase, he will stay in his native country. Recall that the Huawei Nova 5T reached the international market, so it would not be far-fetched that it did too. At the moment we can only wait.
