Peugeot will launch a 100% electric edition of its iconic Ludix scooter.
A new model baptized in all logic e-Ludix, and will resume the aesthetic codes of his older brother, launched in the 2000s.

While some keep an emotional memory of their Peugeot 103 RCX M, others may remember particularly their Peugeot Ludix scooter, launched in the early 2000s. Good news for them, since the manufacturer to the lion will propose a new version , 100% electric this time of course.
50 km range
The model will be offered in four different colors and will have a motor with a power of 2.5 kWh (four horses), not to mention a removable battery, providing a range of about 50 km.
On the handlebars, an LCD screen will display different information (speed, range, distance …), and opt for one of four modes of driving proposed.
According to Peugeot, this new model, dubbed e-Ludix, " imposes its legitimacy not only thanks to more than 20 years experience of Peugeot in the design of electric vehicles, but also thanks to the specificities that made the success of Ludix: agility, accessibility and a distinctive style ".
the Peugeot e-Ludix will be a scooter without a license, equivalent 50cc and accessible from 14 years. Regulation requires, it sees its maximum speed clamped to 45 km / h … And no, it will not be possible here to change the carb 'or even to trade the original pot against a pot Ninja (or Polini).
Price and availability
This new Peugeot e-Ludix will be available at the beginning of the year 2020, at a price of 3,499 euros (excluding bonus). Side color, it will choose between white, orange, black and blue metallic.
Note that a "Cargo" version will also be available (50cc equivalent and 125cc), the latter being equipped with a luggage rack capable of supporting a load of 25 kg.
